GLIBC patch accepted: Add missing hwcap strings

Fix for Power architecture accepted in GLIBC. Some of the HWCAP bits did not have matching description strings and therefore were not shown when LD_SHOW_AUXV=1. Commit 94ec7e0 fixes that.
