A new version of the IBM Advance Toolchain for PowerLinux 4.0 is released. In addition to the features presented in 4.0-1, this release features:
- More performance optimizations for POWER7.
- Libexpat is now shipped.
- 6 gcc fixes
- 2 glibc fixes
