IBM Advance Toolchain for PowerLinux 4.0-3 released

A bug fix update of the IBM Advance Toolchain for PowerLinux 4.0 is released. In addition to the features presented in 4.0-2, this release features:

  • Fix for gcc bug 50207.
  • Trigonometric functions optimized for POWER7 in glibc.
  • glibc fix: set stack size in __aio_create_helper_thread to default for AIO with TLS.
  • Static TLS memory leak fix in glibc (DTV case).
  • Valgrind now has almost full POWER7 support (except for DFP).
  • Fixed sample counts for OProfile XML output.
