Flash Mobile Player is dead
I think it’s appropriate to re-post this video fragment from D8*.
Flash was created as a duct tape fix to go around limitations of web technologies at the time. In 2010, due to HTML5, it didn’t make sense anymore, but most people who spoke against it were target of hate mail and comments. Now it’s time for them to swallow their pride a bit.
So long Mobile Flash. You won’t be missed. In fact, now I want to see that crap away from my PCs as well — it’s mostly for ads and porn, anyway…
